  中世纪,罗马帝国毁灭,各方势力分割盘踞英格兰,爱尔兰国王乘机聚集势力、虎视眈眈。雄图大略的马克王(卢夫斯·塞维尔 Rufus Sewell 饰)希望在传奇骑士特里斯坦(詹姆斯·弗兰科 James Franco 饰)的帮助下实现统一大业。失去双亲特里斯坦的他被马克王悉心抚养长大,情同父子。为分裂英格兰各部落,爱尔兰王决定以女儿为奖品举办全英骑士大赛。特里斯坦为马克王赢得了公主,但当看到公主的真面目时他如遭雷击。原来他曾在进攻爱尔兰的战斗中身负重伤,得到了神秘爱尔兰女子伊索尔德(索非亚·迈尔斯 Sophia Myles 饰)的照顾。两人由此相爱,但为了统一大业不得不分离。不管是为了国家和平还是为了养育之情,特里斯坦和伊索尔德都无法再继续恋情。  他们将如何压抑这份热情?而爱尔兰国王的阴谋是否给马克王的统一大业带去障碍?

 1 ) Tristan and Isolde

片头出现的苍凉的高山和枯黄的草甸一下子抓住了我的呼吸,如同从西藏到青海的那一路的景色,知道在那样环境下生存的人顽强,英勇,天生拥有英雄气质.一个转眼间主人公崔斯坦长成了青年,那个身影在巨幕上走近,渐渐的面目清晰,英俊得令人侧目.扮演他的是James Franco,蜘蛛侠里的第二男主角,难怪瞧着似曾相识.演他义父马克的是Rufus Sewell,也是一个很面熟的演员,喜欢他的眼睛和嘴组合成的意气而果断的表情还有他在影片中剃得很短的发型,在我看来他长得也是很有魅力的.花痴的话少说,."崔斯坦与伊索德"其实是在西方比"罗米欧与朱莉叶"流传更早的经典爱情悲剧,悲剧的酝酿是从伊索德对崔斯坦隐瞒了自己的真名开始.
      第一个高潮:崔斯坦以他无敌的英勇赢得了比武招亲,实现了诺言为马克王赢得了一个妻子,也就是爱尔兰的公主,同时挫败了爱尔兰国王企图以招亲离间他们的阴谋.罗嗦一句,根据剧情交代这一招还是崔斯坦想出来的,让爱尔兰国王是赔了夫人又折兵.按照马克的想法就只能眼睁睁看着爱尔兰离间他们再等着被逐个击破了,所以崔斯坦不但英勇而且很有谋略.招亲台上的公主看着心爱的勇士获胜自然激动不已,她颤抖着跑到前面扯下面纱说:I BELONG TO U!她实在是太兴奋了以致于没听到崔斯坦在赢了之后说:我代表马克王为他赢取这个荣耀.她的父亲对她的兴奋感到相当不快,他冷冷地告诉她她将嫁给的是马克王.而崔斯坦,也愣住了,他万万没想到摘掉面纱的公主居然就是自己朝思暮想地自称是侍女的人.台上台下那一刻我只听到一片心碎的声音.悲剧终于穿着他的黑衣正面亮相.
      剩下的剧情就是苦命鸳鸯在理智和情感间的挣扎.在回去的船上她央求他带她走.他拒绝了,因为在他心中马克早已是个父亲,是马克牺牲了右手给他挡了致命的一剑并把父母双亡的他带回来视若己出.可是看到马克卧室的灯光暗下去,看到清晨马克甜蜜地牵着新娘的手,他又心如刀绞.人世间最痛苦的事莫过于心爱的人近在眼前却如隔天涯.两个乖孩子终于不堪折磨偷偷相会,从此一发而不可收,时间久了他们的私情被心怀不轨的人发现并报告了正憋着一口气没咽下去的爱尔兰国王,于是有了阴谋.谁都不会想到两个年轻人的爱情居然要左右一个民族的命运.但是阴谋按照预料的步骤进行着.王国的命运飘摇地如同巨浪中的小舟,爱尔兰国王几乎已经胜算在握,知道真相的马克原谅了他们并安排他们逃走准备背水一战.崔斯坦在这个关头显示了一个王者的胸怀,他放弃了爱情留了下来并且在最后以一己之力扭转了几乎倒戈的局面,不但化险为夷而且彻底打败了爱尔兰.只是他付出的是生命的代价.伊索德陪他安静地离开,再次响起那首诗:
       My face in thine eyes,
And thine in my appears,
And true plain hearts do in the faces rest
Whatever does was not mixed equally
If our two lovers be one
Or thou and love so alike
That none can slacken, none can die
        虽然觉得自己傻但还是忍不住被他们悲伤的爱情感染出微渺的泪水,影片结束,电影院的灯光渐渐亮起,提醒我那不过是个故事,那兵戈铁马的厮杀和肝肠寸断的爱情不过是由熟练的好莱坞制造出来给无聊的人提供消遣的声和影,可是我还是坐在座位上不忍离去,结尾的音乐和"勇敢的心"一样唱着苍凉和复杂的情感,再次将我带回到天苍苍野茫茫的高山草甸.那个可以成为伟大君王的崔斯坦因为爱情过早地死去,成就他不朽的却是将他杀死的爱情.看着崔斯坦噙着眼泪的眼神,相信每一个真正爱过的人都在那一刻同他一起心碎.至少,我心里柔软的地方被他的痛苦击中.
       因为James Franco在影片中的魅力,咱开始花痴西西的觉得找个老外BF也不错,只要他和James Franco一样帅,热爱中国文化,对爱情很严肃.不过SH满足这条件的老外太少了.咱也就是一时被电影迷惑想想而已.
        这部电影的成功之处在于它能让我发个一阵呆,幻想一阵已经稀少的爱情.........
        

 2 ) 你会成为怎样的一个『王』呢

本片译名『王者之心』,虽然有讨好市场的取巧之嫌,但还是能让人想到一些深层的含义。

据说,在西方这是与『罗密欧与朱丽叶』齐名的传说故事。

而我看此片的重点,却并非这凄美的爱情故事本身。

我想理解的是,所谓真正的『王者之心』,到底是代表着怎样一种境界?

『王的力量会使你孤独。』这是日本动漫『反叛的鲁路修』里面一句经典台词。在那个故事里面,男主角获得了异于常人的超能力以后决然地走上了一条『王』的道路。

然而这个世界有着不同的『王』。有的靠仁慈、有的靠凶狠、有的靠智慧、有的靠欺骗……

你会成为怎样的一个『王』呢?

 3 ) Look What You've Done!

    天津万达看的译制版,国语配音,听到第一句话时很不爽,还没有字幕。
    传说中的史诗片,可惜我对史诗了解太少,对Tristan和Isolde根本就是闻所未闻。片子中间有对故事背景的介绍,中世纪的黑暗时代,罗马帝国毁灭,爱尔兰与英格兰的割据。
    这些都不是我所关心的。
    记住了几个镜头:
    Tristan小时候和Melot等小伙伴练剑时,情绪很低,结果被其他人嘲笑。被激怒后的1 v N表演让人有些夸张了,影院里传出一片笑声。此刻的Tristan已经显露出他的天赋。
    Tristan为父报仇那段,面对“比他强壮两倍”的Morholt丝毫没有畏惧,并最终手刃仇人。总能唤醒男儿的血性。

    说说自己真正在意的地方吧:
    又是拱手让出心爱的人,好在这次是为了“国家”,不像李寻欢那么恶心(武侠人物我最讨厌李寻欢,这个贱人,把自己深爱着并且她也深爱着自己的美女,送给了畜生大哥)。后来听到他们说“看看你做了什么”,想起Jet的那首歌 <Look What You've Done>。
    oh, look what you've done
    you've made a fool of everyone
    oh well, it seems likes such fun
    until you lose what you had won

    很讨厌这样的情节,虽然同情他们的境遇,但还是痛恨他们的不努力、不作为。

    Isolde救起Tristan时居然脱光光给他暖身子,着实让我吃惊。觉得此女真乃女中豪杰,世间罕有。
    可后面他问她名字时,居然骗他说是“Bragnae”,悲剧的开端。
    送他走时Isolde又坚决要留下。我不知道如果Tristan多坚持几次她会不会随他回英格兰。但,她此时抛弃真爱的做法,我实在不能认同,又一次错误的选择。
    Tristan代替Marke出战,参加比武招亲,最终赢得美人归。Isolde揭开面纱那一刻,Tristan完全没了赢得荣耀的欢欣,陷入无尽的痛苦之中。但,他屈于大义与责任,拱手将Isolde让予Marke,将两人的故事隐藏在心底,是我无法接受的。我不能理解骑士的荣耀,我还是宁愿选择坦诚,忠于内心,忠于现实,忠于爱情。我那会在心底一个劲地叫着“跟Marke说出真相吧,白痴!”,结果,丫还是没说。
    Tristan让出了Isolde,却又不够决绝,每日思念着Isolde,嫉妒着Marke,最终开始和Isolde偷情……最最不愿看到的一幕,终于发生了,结局不必说——被捉奸。
    奸情被人利用,毁约攻城,Dor城堡陷于危难。Melot亦因为储君一事而头脑昏沉,被利用说出密道。
    Isolde为向Marke说出事情的原委,Marke给了他们自由,Tristan为部落力战而死,这一切~~~~
    偷情、通奸的二位没有传出太多恶名,但这种做法始终为我不耻。
    
    一个爱情至上主义者的胡话——去他妈的国家大义、道德礼节,喜欢谁就是谁,没什么不可说的。真爱,尤其是两情相悦的真爱,请忠于自己、忠于现实、忠于爱情,不要屈服于任何托辞,不要让悲剧一次次重演。

 4 ) 如果特里斯坦娶了伊索尔德

中影在引进这部片子的时候,把片名给改了。《特里斯坦和伊索尔德》变成了《王者之心》,这一改,就莫名其妙了。王者之心,摆明了主角是康沃尔国王马克,但在这个故事里,马克国王从来都是个配角,他和伊索尔德的婚姻,是造就这一个爱情故事流传千年的背景。发行方的考虑也许是特里斯坦和伊索尔德不为大多数国人所知,搞两个读起来都不顺溜的名字,不如来个四平八稳的,有王者,有勇士,有美女,有奸情,够刺激,好,票房大卖。
其实这个故事,早在1930年,朱光潜先生就有译本行市,译名为《愁斯丹和伊瑟》,由开明书店出版,后又有罗新璋先生的译本,名字叫《特里斯当与伊瑟》,1992年由人民文学社出版。而在西方,这个故事的流传,更是自12世纪起就有了,行吟诗人们吟诵在英法海峡之间,挑起了多少骑士与贵妇的情丝。它最早流传于古代不列颠和爱尔兰的凯尔特人中,贝罗尔在1160年就写成《特里斯当传奇》,近代学者约瑟夫.贝迪耶用他的版本写成了一个完整故事,于1910出版,遂成定本。朱光潜的译本就是用的这个底本。
特里斯坦和伊索尔德的故事,几乎成了中世纪爱情的缩影。爱情可以让一切东西让道,包括种族、家国、忠诚、友谊、君臣父子、夫妇人伦,在爱情的面前,这些都不足一提。越是阻碍重重,爱情越是光芒万丈,在黑暗的中世纪,它给了听众对光明的向往。
假设一下,如果特里斯坦娶了伊索尔德,那会是一个什么样子?都不用去想这个问题。平凡的婚姻,是锻造不出这样的史诗悲剧的,所以马克国王注定是一个千年男配,他失去一只手救下的男孩,是他一手塑成的。他的那只失去的手,便是三人的命运之手。特里斯坦和伊索尔德,必得在这样的国仇家恨情愁之中,才能把爱情写得那么无可奈何。
关于药酒,那是传唱者给他们的行为找的理由,饮不饮药酒,他们都必将相爱,背叛一切可以背叛的原则。在电影中,药酒被删了。很好,现代人不那么假装害羞,爱就爱了,偷就偷了,我们会得接受。但对中世纪的听众那个脆弱的小心肝来说,药酒非饮不可。他们并且把药力设定了一个时间限制,三年。三年之后,药力消退,爱情逝去,光彩不再。三年的设定,让药酒的功效再一次得到肯定一定以及确定,它让特里斯坦和伊索尔德的爱情避免了卫道士的抨击,它让爱情有土地可以萌发,有天空可以飞翔,有心灵可以触碰,有青春可以放肆。听众等着药力消退后两人恢复理智,又有什么狗血情节可以编造。可是古时的诗人是浪漫的拥护者和制造者,他们挑战的是黑暗的宗教和世俗的平凡,他们不是TVB和韩剧的婆婆妈妈们,他们容不得歌颂中的爱情出现这样的事,因此特里斯坦死了,伊索尔德不知所终。爱情必将永存。
特里斯坦和伊索尔德的故事,贯穿整个西方历史,它是浪漫主义的代名词,历代画家喜欢的题材。沃特豪斯John William Waterhouse(1849-1917)画过,比亚兹莱(Aubrey Beardsley,1872~1898)画过,不约而同,他们都把重点放在了饮下药酒这一场景上。喜欢这个故事的人可以说,他们身不由己。但这个身不由己,其实是人们对爱情的向往和肯定。藉着这个借口,他们可以爱得肆无忌惮。也许谁都希望把毒药当春药饮下,去赴一场以生命为代价的爱情盛宴。

 5 ) 有些伤口永远愈合不了

第二次剑刺来的时候我迎了上去,让它对准第一次的伤口。

那是我的痛处,曾经鲜血淋淋,你用爱包扎了它。

你给我疗伤时我就预感还会受伤,命中注定,我不打算逃了。

爱情魔药吗?我从没喝过。你喝了吗?

我们的故事太简单了,我替别人为你决斗却赢得了你。不可思议,后人都这么说,是呀,可我们本意并非如此。

潮湿的爱尔兰,晨雾迷失了我的心。

我杀了你的情人,战场上我是赢家。我赢了却也受到重创,受了只有爱情才能愈合的伤。失去爱情,伤口就会流血,就像现在一样,锯齿般的伤口,鲜血淋漓,浸湿了床。

我不在乎死,可你出于怜悯收留了我,因为你不知道我的名字。我告诉你我叫坦特里斯,你爱上了坦特里斯。

“假如我是特里斯坦你会怎么样?”我有一天这样问你,你的脸色苍白,拿起了一把匕首。你完全有权利杀我,我迎向匕首,深吸一口气,在闭上眼睛之前我笑了。

等我睁开眼睛时,你已放下匕首握住了我的手。我觉得自己像个孩子,不是英雄,不是勇士,也不是情人,只是躺在大床上的小孩儿,世界围着他转,如梦如幻,悠悠荡荡。

那场混战中,马克王发现了我们,我死守住门口让你逃走。之后,我和梅洛特拔剑相向,那是我的朋友,我信任的朋友,我扔下剑,扑向他的剑锋,剑从肋骨下穿入还未愈合的伤口,撕裂了。

我醒来后发现我在这里,隔着大海,在我自己的城堡里,是仆人护卫我来的。他说已派人去接你,海上该有船帆了吧?它该像爱一样疾驰不是吗?仆人爬到了瞭望塔上,海上没有船帆。

我把手伸进伤口里,她的名字从我指间滴落:伊索尔德,你在哪里?



特里斯坦,我也没有喝那东西。没有什么爱情魔药,只有爱,我喝下的是你。

特里斯坦,醒一醒,别死。让我们分享完黑夜,明早再一起死。

Tristan & Isolde的传说起源于中世纪,头一个版本是苏格兰国王Talorc的儿子Drust从海盗手里救的一位公主,父子同时爱上她。

故事传到威尔士,Drust变成了Drystan,爱上了他的叔叔March国王(March的意思是屁股的耳朵,反正他身体有残疾就对了)的王后Essyllt。

十三世纪,一个英国作家让Tristan加入了圆桌骑士,他自幼被送往法兰西,在战斗中中了矛毒前往爱尔兰救治,在那里得到安格西Iseult公主的治疗,他教她弹竖琴,后因种种原因被驱逐。之后他替舅父玛尔克王向Iseult求婚,为安格西王打败敌人,甚至连安格西王也希望他娶自己的女儿,但那个傻瓜为了遵守诺言而将她带回与舅父结婚。之后他凭借自己的勇猛获得了许多荣誉,引起玛尔克王的妒恨和陷害,这对情人的关系也历经磨难,Tristan被迫结婚,不过他始终忠于Iseult,对妻子守之以礼。后来Tristan误会Iseult变心以致癫狂在旷野游荡,她以为他已死而差点自刎……最后他终于带她去了英格兰,可以执手偕老了,却在聆听爱人弹竖琴的时候,被情敌谋杀。一个有趣的事情是,那时的人显然相信爱情必须借助魔力来催发,所以Iseult的陪嫁就是有爱情魔药,他们俩为误饮付出了一生。

这种爱情模式也套在亚瑟王身上,就是著名的Lancelot和Guinevere的爱情,在早期的版本中这两人挺清白,后不断流传中才添了桃色,甚至红过了Tristan和Iseult,到19世纪,它被德国剧作家Richard Wagner改编成歌剧Tristan and Isolde。

Tristan & Isolde凄美哀婉,它感动过很多同病相怜的艺术家,Wagner肯定是一个,Jeanette Winterson也应该是吧(反正看她的文章,就觉得她经历过的坎坷肯定不止一次),还有好莱坞大导演Ridley Scott,当年,当两个剧本摆在他面前的时候,他选择了《异形》,功成名就。

20多年后,大约一直午夜梦回念念不能忘,终于把这个中世纪爱情故事搬上了银幕。

这部片子让人想起First Knight,又名: 第一武士 / 剑侠风流 / 第一骑士 / 剑侠柔情,Sean Connery和Richard Gere这两个好莱坞不同年代第一小生联手演绎Lancelot和Guinevere的故事,也非常好看,不输这部。

先看评论再看电影完全左右了我的心情,James Franco确实一副很少出太阳的忧郁表情,和很早逝的James Dean一个模子,James Dean我只看过一部,他真的从头到尾一个表情,居然火得不行。巧合的是James Franco还出演过James Dean。

Then King Marke sent me to fetch you to be his wife.

Again I opened my body to you. Again you dropped the blade.

When your servant brought the drink I knew you intended to poison me. Under the cliffs of Cornwall, the King in his boat ready to meet us, I drank the water, because that's what it was. When my friend Melot set the trap, I think I knew it. I turned to death full face, as I had turned to love with my whole body.?I would let death enter me as you had entered me. You had crept along my blood vessels through the wound, and the blood that circulates returns to the heart. You circulated me, you made me blush like a girl in the hoop of your hands. You were in my arteries and my lymph, you were the colour just under my skin, and if I cut myself, it was you I bled. Red Isolde, alive on my fingers, and always the force of blood pushing you back to my heart.

In the fight when Marke found us, I fought at the door until you escaped. Then I face Melot at last, my friend, my trusted friend, and I held my sword at him, red with blood. As he lifted his sword against me, I threw mine down and ran his through my body, at the bottom of my ribs. The skin, still shy of healing, opened at once.
When I woke, I was here, in my own castle, across the sea, carried and guarded by my servant. He told me he had sent for you, yes surely there was a sail? I could see it swift as love. He climbed into the watchtower, but there was no sail.
I put my hand into the bloody gap at the bottom of my ribs. Her name drips through my fingers: Isolde.
Where are you?





Tristan, I didn't drink it either. There was no love-potion, only love. It was you I drank.
Tristan, wake up. Don't die of the wound. Divide the night with me, and die together in the morning.

"Before Romeo and Juliet, there was Tristan and Isolde." 这部电影的广告文案话说得不小,但论辈分,T&I的故事倒真老得能让罗密欧朱丽叶叫爷爷奶奶。传说这个传说7世纪就广为流传,后来被瓦格纳改成歌剧以后越发有名起来。

  史诗片就像什么料都加的麻辣烫,中世纪古装、刀光剑影、美人美景、忠孝廉义、罗曼蒂克、骑士义气端成一锅,味道复杂,谁都不得罪。不过这部虽然是史诗片,但偏浪漫悲剧多一点。

  男主角代替国王舅舅比武招亲,武艺高强当然夺魁,却发现替舅舅赢来的公主老婆居然就是自己苦找的心上人,故事就从此一惨不可收拾。据说男主角Tristan的名字在意大利原文里就是“悲伤”的意思,演Tristan的James Franco在电影的2小时里眼睛一直像罩着湿气的湖,眼泪隐蔽地进进出出。IMDB上有一派觉得此人大木头一块,哪有热恋样子,Wooden;另一派坚持人家表情功夫微妙眼睛还会说话,Gorgeous。我没什么想法,就是很想拿script来看看编剧到底写了多少遍“此处Tristan需呆呆深情凝视”。
